Abstract

Proses dinamika intrakranial untuk mengoreksi input yang dapat mengurangi kapasitas intrakranial dapat terganggu, yang menyebabkan hilangnya kapasitas adaptif intrakranial. Salah satu intervensi keperawatan berbasis evidence based practiced untuk menangani masalah keperawatan tersebut adalah head up 30° position. Mengetahui hasil penerapan head up 30° position untuk mengatasi masalah keperawatan penurunan kapasitas adaptif intracranial. Studi ini menerapkan teknik deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, yang berarti berfokus secara intens pada satu objek yang unik. Setelah dilalukan implementasi head up 30° position selama 4 hari didapatkan perubahan pada nilai saturasi oksigen dari 93% menjadi 98% dan nilai GCS dari 6 menjadi 9. Terdapat pengaruh dari head up 30° position terhadap Tn. R dengan stroke hemoragik yaitu peningkatan pada nilai saturasi oksigen dan nilai GCS. Diharapkan studi kasus ini dapat menjadi sumber informasi bagi perawat untuk mengatasi penurunan kapasitas adaptif intrakranial dengan head up 30° position.
