Abstract

Diagnosis penyakit yang sering dijumpai pada fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan adalah hipertensi. Faktor-faktor penyebab hipertensi sangat beragam. Salah satu di antaranya adalah gangguan profil lipid. Profil lipid dapat memicu terjadinya hipertensi melalui berbagai mekanisme, baik secara langsung atau tidak langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti tentang gambaran  profil  lipid  pada  pasien  dengan diagnosis hipertensi.  Penelitian  ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medis pada klinik Saintifikasi Jamu Hortus Medicus Tawangmangu periode Januari – Desember 2013. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode yang bersifat deskriptif. Data rekam medis yang diamati adalah data pasien hipertensi yang datang ke klinik hortus medicus dan melakukan pemeriksaan profil lipid. Parameter yang diamati meliputi kolesterol total, kolesterol HDL (High Density Lipoprotein), kolesterol LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein), dan trigliserida. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kadar  kolesterol total normal sebanyak 47,6% dengan kadar rata-rata 158,4 mg/dl, kadar kolesterol abnormal sebanyak 52,4% dengan kadar rata-rata 247,2 mg/dl. Kadar kolesterol HDL normal sebanyak 75% dengan kadar rata-rata 53,8 mg/dl, kadar kolesterol HDL abnormal sebanyak 25% dengan kadar rata-rata 34,5 mg/dl. Kadar kolesterol LDL normal sebanyak 54,3% dengan kadar rata-rata 92,4 mg/dl, kadar kolesterol LDL abnormal sebanyak 45,7% dengan kadar rata-rata 152,1 mg/dl. Sedangkan kadar trigliserida normal sebanyak 61,7% dengan kadar rata-rata 112,3 mg/dl, kadar trigliserida abnormal sebanyak 38,3% dengan kadar rata-rata 271,6 mg/dl.
